History
Jan Polling, originally a physiotherapist, started his career in a physiotherapy practice with several colleagues. Despite his dedication to his patients, he noticed that many of them returned with the same complaints after about three quarters of a year. This made him wonder if he wanted to continue working in this way until he was 65. At one point he happened to read an article about bioresonance therapy, which aroused his interest.
Jan, around 32 years old, decided to delve deeper into this therapy and attended a seminar in Germany. He was so inspired that he decided to integrate bioresonance therapy into his own practice in Hoogezand. He purchased four devices and followed training courses in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. In addition, he also gave lectures on the therapy on request. His practice started to do well and expanded. The space was renovated, more employees were added, including an administrative employee and four permanent employees, who were all trained and also went to international conferences.
Jan worked long hours, from early in the morning to be able to help patients before work, until 8:30 PM in the evening. In 2010, Jan met Stanka during a vacation. They met when Jan celebrated his 65th birthday with his family and Stanka performed as a singer in that hotel. During their conversation, it turned out that Stanka had been rejected twice for medical school, but that she did not have the necessary money. Jan invited her to visit his practice in Hoogezand. Stanka accepted the invitation and later went with him to a large conference in Germany. Her interest in bioresonance therapy grew and Jan encouraged her to follow several seminars and to learn Dutch.
When Jan got older and wanted to hand over the practice, he asked Stanka if she wanted to work in the practice permanently. Stanka had completed the necessary training and spoke good Dutch. She agreed and the collaboration between Jan and Stanka began. Eventually, Stanka took over the practice completely in 2015.
